Package #1: Essential Turnover
$325 per unit
Our essential turnover package is a basic full-service turnover, ideal for low-maintenance units that need a fast turnaround time.
Includes:
- Standard cleaning
- Minor repairs (1 hour or less)
- Smoke/CO compliance check
- Move-in ready checklist
- 72-hour turnaround guarantee
- Photo documentation
Package #2: Premium Turnover
$425 per unit
The premium turnover package offers a higher level of cleaning and repairs, for units that need a bit more work to be tenant-ready.
Includes:
- Deep cleaning & odor neutralization
- Minor repairs (up to 2 hours)
- Wall touch-ups
- Smoke/CO compliance check
- Mold visual check
- Move-in ready checklist
- Digital photo reports with client access
Package #3: Post-Reno Clean & Ready
$525 per unit
Renting a newly renovated unit? We’ll put on the finishing touches with our post-reno turnover package.
Includes:
- Construction dust & debris removal
- Paint & surface cleanup
- Deep cleaning
- Trash haul away
- Compliance check and final inspection report
- High-resolution photo documentation
Monthly Flat Rate Plans
Want to make your turnover service even more streamlined? Our partners gain access to on-demand turnovers and premium services at a monthly rate.
Monthly plans are ideal for large-scale property management companies and multi-family buildings with high turnover rates.
Tier 1
$6,500 per month / Up to 20 units
This monthly package includes premium and essential services for up to 20 units. You’ll also get:
- Priority scheduling
- A dedicated account manager
- 1 free emergency visit or unit inspection per month
Tier 2
$12,000 per month / Up to 40 units
Tier 2 is for larger property management companies and agencies. It comes with all our essential, premium, and post-reno services, plus:
- 4 post-reno cleans per month
- Weekly reporting
- Monthly compliance audits
- A photo dashboard with client access for all units
À La Carte Add-Ons
Some rental units need a little extra help. Customize your turnover package with our add-on services:
